Every CampAtelier product is made to last, and we stand behind it. This page explains how our warranty and returns work, in plain words.
24-Month Warranty
Every CampAtelier product is covered against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. If a seam fails, a zip breaks or a pole bends because of how we made it, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What the warranty covers
- Faulty stitching, seams and zips
- Defective poles, hardware and fittings
- Materials that fail under normal, intended use
What it does not cover
- Normal wear and tear, such as fading or small abrasions
- Damage from misuse, accidents, fire or storms
- Repairs or changes made by anyone other than us
Wear and tear is never a dead end: it is always repairable for a fixed fee through our Care & Repair programme.
Making a Warranty Claim
Open the Care & Repair Portal, describe the damage with our visual inspector and upload a few clear photos. Keep your order number or receipt to hand. We will review your claim within two working days and send you a pre-paid shipping label if the item needs to come to our workshop.
30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Tents must be unpitched and unused.
How to return an item
- Contact us or start a return from your account, with your order number.
- We send you a return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back.
- We inspect it on arrival and issue your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take a few extra days to appear. If you would rather exchange an item for a different size or colour, tell us when you contact us and we will arrange it.
Return Shipping
Returns are free if your item arrived damaged or faulty. For change-of-mind returns, a small shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Orders over $500 ship free both ways within the continental United States.
